Dr. Tom O'Regan qualified from UCC in 1980. He then trained in Family Medicine and subsequently trained in Ophthalmology.
Dr. O'Regan also underwent training in Occupational Medicane and Travel Medical and has practiced Family Medicine and Medical Ophtalmology.

Dr. O'Regan is currently on the Specialist Register of the Irish Medical Council in Opthalmology and General Practice
